Returns    I accept returns for a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please let me know so I know to expect your return and it MUST BE WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt of purchase. I do not refund shipping charges on return items unless I made a mistake.   Personalized items are not returnable.
Shop Policies    Payment is expected within 48 hours or your order will be canceled, unless you have made prior arrangements with me. All items are custom-made to order. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of payment for your order to ship.   Paypal accepts international credit cards and does the currency conversion for you. Customers in ISrael who do not have an international credit card can e-mail me and we can discuss alternative payment options.		Shipping    Shipping is $5 for small items and $15 for large items. If the cost is lower, the difference will be refunded to you through Paypal
